Overview
With the support of Earth's Seasonal Medicine and multiple art media, we will integrate what we are learning about endings during an all day event.
A Special Art Playshop at The Practice of Wonder Studio!
Open for women and non-binary folks, who are interested in sharing a day of curiosity and creativity. We will be looking at the theme of endings -- Be it through death, illness, divorce, separation, and/or by crossing thresholds of all kinds. We will delve into the inner realms with our Earth Allies and have a three-hour focused art session of somatic expression with color, light, and form --and discover what is revealed ! A Sharing Circle completes our day.
Robin is a life-long artist and a 40-year practitioner, integration coach and leader of women's circles. She will be guiding the art portion and flow of this event.
Victoria also has over 4 decades of experience assisting individuals and families with life's challenges and will guide the inner inquiry in regards to integrating Endings.
The day will include Enriching Community, Gratitude Practice, Seasonal Earth Ritual and Guided Visualizartion, a Shared Potluck Meal, Focused Art Play, Indoor/Outdoor Space, and a closing Sharing Circle.

Overview
Create, play, connect, and explore. An experiential Art Playshop inviting psychedelic integration through creativity and embodied expression
About This Dynamic Event:
We begin with a grounding meditation and an orientation to the space, followed by an opening circle where we establish boundaries, intentions, and a shared container for the day.
From there, we turn inward with a guided visualization to connect with our inner creativity, then bring that energy into the art space.
Next comes three-plus hours of focused mess-around-and-find-out art play, an expansive period of creative exploration, experimentation, and discovery with no expectations about the outcome. A variety of art media will be available.
We then gather in a sharing circle to reflect on our creative process and what emerged throughout the day.
We close with a gratitude ritual acknowledging our embodied experience with art intersecting with our inner landscape as a way to integrate our inner wisdom and ability to create lasting change.
